The registration at the Graduate Physics Program is done on-line through the Minha UFMG portal. To enroll, the student and the advisor must be registered in the portal. If you are not yet registered, you can do so at the LCC, room 2040 – 2nd floor of the ICEx Building, from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.

New students

For students new to the Master/Doctorate Program, fill out the Registration Form, following the instructions below:

1. Access the DRCA website of UFMG – http://www.ufmg.br/drca/;
2. Click on “Cadastro prévio de PG”;
3. Click on “aqui” to fill out the PG registration form;
4. Enter your CPF e date of birth;
5. Click on “Preencher ficha de cadastro para registro acadêmico” and fill the form;
6. Click on “salvar” at the end of the form completion;

After completing the form, send a message to pgfisica@fisica.ufmg.br informing the fulfillment of the forms and deliver all the documents below to the Graduation Secretary, room 3098 of the ICEx Building:

• CPF
• ID card, in the case of a brazilian student or copy of the passport, in the case of a foreign student;
• Proof of being up to date with the electoral and military obligations, in the case of a Brazilian student
• School records
• Higher-level college diploma completed
• Declaration of employment OR Declaration of non-existence of employment.

Veteran students

All students must enroll every semester through the My UFMG portal.Students who are renewing their enrollment must submit the Declaration of employment OR the Declaration of non-existence of employment at the Graduate Secretary before the final registration deadline.
