Simulation of the dynamical behavior of polymers anchored in a substrate. Simulation by Dr. FJ Resende. The movie represents the dynamics of a Cu cluster deposited over the (010) surface. The potential is of the Born-Mayer trype. The substrate is at 800K. Energy conservation is inside 1%.
