Goenner, físico teórico e cosmólogo do Instituto de Física Teórica de Göttingen, Alemanha, intitulado "What kind of science is cosmology?", possui muitas coisas interessantes.
cosmologia do Estrondão. Ler o 'Abstract'.
2- Boa pergunta no primeiro parágrafo da seção 1: "With 95% of the
matter content of the universe presently being of an unknown
nature, can any claim be made that today's cosmological model
leads to a better understanding of the universe than the
model of two decades ago?"
3- Seção 3.2: "From the observational point of view, homogeneity of
the space sections is a fiction. The scale of homogeneity, for
which averaging of the observed large structures (superclusters,
voids) is reasonable, has steadily increased in the past and could
grow further in the future."
4- Seção 5.3.2: "As long as all this is a mental construct, eventually
only philosophers might have difficulties to relate the multiverse
with the notion of 'all that exists in a physical sense'. M. Rees
is reducing the problem to a semantical one: what we now call
'universe' could be called 'metagalaxy'; the 'multiverse' would be
re-named 'universe' (Rees 2007, p. 57)."
5- Seção 5.3.2, último parágrafo: "A regress ad infinitum is not
excluded, with its first step being the introduction of the concept
'multi-multiverse' as the set of all multiverses."
6- Seção 6: "We have seen that cosmology shows features of descriptive
astronomy, explicatory astrophysics, paleontology, history,
mathematics, physics, and natural philosophy."
7- Seção 6.2.1, último parágrafo: "Aren't the 'standard candles' used
in observational cosmology comparable to fossils? Do we know more
about them than about the fossils of paleontology?"
8- Seção 7, Conclusion: "Silk called cosmology a 'falsifiable myth'
(Silk 1987).

Boa leitura!
Um abraço a todos.
